About the Role

We are hiring a Client Account Operations Specialist to support our Fractional Client Account Managers based in Canada. This backend, execution-focused role ensures smooth delivery, strong coordination, and an exceptional client experience across multiple accounts.
You will work closely with Client Account Managers to manage operations, track execution, coordinate teams, and keep accounts running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about client service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Fractional Client Account Managers across multiple client accounts
  • Capture meeting notes and translate them into clear action items
  • Create, assign, and track tasks using project management tools
  • Share regular updates and follow up with internal teams
  • Coordinate with Web Development, SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Branding, Social Media, and Copywriting teams
  • Track timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
  • Proactively identify and flag risks, gaps, or delays
  • Create, manage, and maintain SOPs
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks to reduce CAM workload


Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital or marketing agency environment
  • Experience supporting or managing client accounts across multiple services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent task management, documentation, and follow-up abilities
  • High attention to detail with a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable participating in client-facing meetings


Tools & Work Style

  • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar tools
  • Comfortable with Slack, email, and video conferencing
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
