Position Overview

The Client Acquisition Executive is responsible for converting qualified prospects into paying clients by presenting recruitment solutions and successfully closing service agreements. This role involves conducting discovery meetings, understanding client hiring needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth client onboarding. The Client Acquisition Executive will collaborate closely with the Customer Acquisition team and the Service Delivery team to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Meetings & Requirement Discovery

  • Conduct discovery meetings with prospects scheduled by the Customer Acquisition team.
  • Understand the client’s hiring needs, recruitment challenges, and business objectives.

Solution Presentation

  • Present recruitment solutions and service offerings to clients.
  • Clearly communicate service benefits, pricing models, and delivery processes.
  • Address client questions and concerns regarding recruitment timelines and candidate quality.

Proposal & Negotiation

  • Share service proposals and commercial details with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate service terms and align expectations with clients.
  • Ensure both parties have a clear understanding of the service scope and deliverables.

Client Closing & Onboarding

  • Convert qualified prospects into paying clients and ensure payment recovery.
  • Complete client onboarding documentation and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery team for the smooth execution of recruitment projects.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Keep communication channels open during the early stages of service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional recruitment services.

Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Track sales opportunities and deal progress using CRM or reporting systems.
  • Maintain visibility of the revenue pipeline and client status.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales progress.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct professional business presentations.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in B2B sales or recruitment services.
  • Prior experience in business development, staffing, or HR services.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Experience in managing corporate client relationships.

Salary

  • PKR 80,000 per month + Performance-Based Commission

Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
