Client Acquisition Executive

SEMICIRCLE is looking for a driven and results-oriented Client Acquisition Executive to help us grow our client base and bring in new business.
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of proven sales experience who can identify potential clients, generate leads, and drive outreach through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and direct prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Pitch our services, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into clients
- Maintain follow-ups, update sales activity, and work toward monthly acquisition targets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in outbound sales and direct client outreach
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups
- Ability to create professional presentations and proposals for clients
- Good command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience in B2B sales, advertising, branding, events, fabrication, or service-based industries will be preferred
- Candidate must hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher
