Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, proactive, and results-oriented Client Acquisition Executive to generate quality leads, identify new business opportunities, and acquire clients for fabrication services.

The ideal candidate will have strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to independently use LinkedIn, Google, online directories, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, networking events, and industry platforms to build a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads independently through LinkedIn, Google, online directories, industry platforms, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Identify and approach potential clients requiring fabrication-related products or services.
  • Present company services professionally and arrange client meetings.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing leads.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
  • Identify and attend relevant trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings.
  • Represent the company professionally at exhibitions and generate potential business leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned monthly targets for lead generation, meetings, and client acquisition.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Experience

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or lead generation
  • Experience in fabrication, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry will be preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000
