Client Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a dynamic Client Acquisition Specialist-Remote (Night Shift) who can drive growth through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and conversion. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and results-oriented—someone who understands business challenges and can position our solutions to meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and digital outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across assigned verticals.
• Conduct consultative sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to design tailored proposals and pitches.
• Maintain a strong pipeline in the CRM system and report acquisition metrics regularly.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding for new accounts.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to spot new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed acquisition targets.
• Excellent English Communication
• Able to Work in Night Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
