ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Client Acquisition Specialist (Client Hunter) to manage the complete business development cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, initiating outreach, and closing deals.

This role is strictly focused on direct client hunting through platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach, and other professional channels — not freelancing platforms.

WORK SETUP

• Position: Business Development Expert – Client Acquisition
• Location: Remote
• Pay: Commission-based only (Earn up to Rs100,000 – Rs150,000 per month)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and actively hunt potential clients through outbound strategies
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, cold emails, and other platforms
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Schedule and lead client meetings to finalize agreements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and track performance
• Research industries and identify new market opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and email campaigns
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Professional attitude with strong client-handling skills
