Client Acquisition Specialist – Medical Billing

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist – Medical Billing to expand our healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new medical practices, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations for our medical billing and RCM services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients such as physician practices, hospitals, ASCs, and healthcare groups
• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and referrals
• Present and promote medical billing and RCM services to prospective clients
• Understand client needs and propose tailored RCM solutions
• Schedule and conduct introductory meetings, demos, and follow-ups
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transition
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
• Stay updated on medical billing regulations, payer trends, and RCM best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical billing, or RCM business development
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, insurance claims, and revenue cycle workflows
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling RCM or healthcare IT services to US healthcare providers
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and payer processes
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Strategic thinking with a growth-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,353.26 - ₹27,376.19 per month
