Senior Process Associate- Eligibility & Verification (Medical Billing/RCM)

Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility with various insurance providers.

• Document and accurately update patients' insurance and demographic details in the applicable EMR or practice management system.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve eligibility issues or discrepancies.
• Interpret insurance policy details to determine coverage applicability and inform patients of their financial responsibility.
• Handle pre-authorizations and pre-certifications as required by insurance policies.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and billing codes (CPT/ICD-10-CM)
• Understanding of various insurance plans (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance)
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company/industry standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare, preferably in insurance verification or medical billing (e.g., Physician Billing).
• Location: Mohali 74 Sector
• Education: B.com, M.com, Any Graduate
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Attention to detail and analytical ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
