The purpose of the role of the Client Administrator is the provision of account support services for clients. To aid in the overall service provision to clients ensuring that the business is retained and developed. Maintenance of records, preparation of forms/documents verification of information and resolution of routine problems.


Your Responsibilities


  • Provision of administrative support in accordance with agreed Lockton procedures.
  • Obtain claims information forms from insurers/Claims.
  • Preparation of marketing documentation for new business, renewals and mid-term amendments.
  • Preparation and issuance of invoices, mid-term amendments and closings.
  • Liaise with insurers and clients as required.
  • Prompt and accurate resolution of accounts queries.
  • Provide support in the overall servicing of the client’s insurance programme and retention of the business.


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Preferrable (3-4) years of experience in an administrative/customer service position – preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills (both Arabic & English).


Preferred Qualifications


  • Willingness and ability to continue to develop knowledge through formal and informal learning, both internal and external to the company.
  • Knowledge of the resources available within Lockton and how to source such services.
  • An understanding of the relevant classes of business.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for business development.
  • A general understanding of the broking process.
  • An understanding of Lockton cash collection processes including but not limited to general insurance accounting and client invoicing.
  • An understanding of the general, legal principles of insurance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers and other associates.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including research and investigation.
  • An understanding of regulatory controls and procedures relating to both commercial and retail customers, if applicable.
  • An understanding of and adherence to Lockton standards and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the computer desktop software provided by Lockton.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software applications.
  • Work in support of other team colleagues.


Work Conditions:


  • Working Days: From Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Location: Cairo - Egypt
