Discovery Counseling is looking for a Client Care Coordinator for our expanding private practice. This is a very busy front desk position. Duties include, but are not limited to: answering high call volume phones, managing multiple clinician schedules, maintaining accurate and complete client charts/paperwork, accepting/posting client/insurance payments, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, etc.

This is a fast-paced work environment, and the position requires someone who works well under pressure, can multi-task, is attentive to detail, and very self-motivated.

High customer service and communication skills are a must.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

Administration and billing experience preferred.
