Client Consultant (Sales-Focused, Fashion Industry) – Remote (Pakistan)

About Us

We are a North American startup helping overseas customers shop Pakistani fashion through a consultant-led service model. Customers submit inquiries, and we guide them from idea to final order through sourcing, customization, and delivery.

Role Overview

This is a sales-driven role within the fashion industry.

You will manage incoming inquiries and convert them into paid orders by combining fashion understanding with strong sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, chat, email, and calls
  • Convert leads into paid orders through strong follow-ups and guidance
  • Understand customer needs, budget, and timeline
  • Use your knowledge of Pakistani fashion to suggest suitable options
  • Simplify choices and guide customers toward decisions
  • Coordinate with Fashion Consultants for sourcing and execution
  • Review quotes before sending to customers
  • Track orders and keep customers updated

Requirements

  • Based in Pakistan (remote role)
  • Shift: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST (Toronto/New York time)
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or client handling
  • Strong spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Good understanding of Pakistani fashion industry (brands, fabrics, trends)
  • Ability to handle objections and close customers
  • Organized and able to manage multiple conversations
  • Comfortable using online tools and systems
