Job Description
DreamMedia Agency is looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented candidate to join our team as a Client Coordination & Communication Executive.

We are seeking someone with an academic background in Mass Communication, English Linguistics, or a related field, who can professionally coordinate with prospective clients, suppliers, and senior-level stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent English, and a good understanding of the digital world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with prospective clients and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Handle communication through phone calls, email, video conferencing, and online platforms
  • Support top-level coordination and follow-ups
  • Maintain professional communication standards in English
  • Assist in digital communication and day-to-day coordination tasks

Requirements

  • Degree or background in Mass Communication, English Linguistics, or related field
  • Strong spoken and written English is a must
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with video conferencing, phone-based communication, and professional follow-ups
  • Must be presentable, confident, and IT-savvy
  • Familiarity with the digital environment and online communication tools
  • Prior experience in communication, coordination, client dealing, or digital work will be preferred

Salary

  • Upto PKR 50,000 per month for a strong and suitable candidate
