Job Description

Ironside Exteriors is a fast-growing exterior remodeling company based in Wichita, Kansas. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, decks, and exterior renovations.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service / Receptionist to answer incoming calls and help keep communication organized between our clients and our team.

This position is mostly remote, but occasional in-person meetings may be required as the company grows.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so strong communication skills and a professional phone presence are important.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from clients
• Route calls to the correct team member (sales, project manager, etc.)
• Ask basic questions to understand the client’s project
• Take messages and relay information to the team
• Help schedule appointments when needed
• Keep communication organized between clients and the company

• Able to handle busy or demanding clients professionally

Preferred (Not Required)

• Customer service or receptionist experience
• Administrative or office experience
• Experience with construction or home services companies
