Due to continued expansion, DNA is currently looking for a Client Development Executive to facilitate closer cooperation with existing clients and the onboarding of prospects.
Join us as a Client Development Executive and help drive growth in our Life Sciences HR consultancy. You ll identify and engage new clients in the Middle East, build lasting relationships, and promote our Talent Acquisition and HR services. Collaborate on strategic BD plans, represent us at industry events, and contribute to our expanding presence. This role requires experience in sales, strong market knowledge, and a passion for the Life Sciences sector, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting growth targets in a dynamic environment.

Client Development Executive Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
• Identify and target potential clients in the Middle East Life Sciences sector.
• Work closely with the BD Director to develop and implement strategic BD plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Life Sciences community
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Target BD campaigns with Marketing support
• Present and demonstrate our Talent Acquisition services to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
• Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our brand.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, LinkedIn ADs Chasing.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to prospects
• Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Client Development Executive Job Requirements:
• English Fluency, both verbal and written is obligatory. Other foreign languages would also be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Business Development/Sales
• Lifescience Industry experience will be a plus
• Middle East market experience is mandatory
• Bachelor s Degree
• Experience in the sales process, CRM follow-up
