Role Description

As a Client Executive Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the leadership capabilities of client executives. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized training solutions that drive performance and growth. Your role will involve facilitating workshops, conducting seminars, and providing one-on-one coaching to ensure the successful implementation of new strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for client executives to enhance their leadership and sales skills.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars that promote strategic thinking and leadership development.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to client executives to ensure application of new skills.

Compensation: $800-$1200 a week
