Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Client Experience Specialist who can act as the voice of our clients inside vGrubs. You’ll communicate directly with restaurant partners, understand their challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and work with our support and product teams to resolve issues efficiently. Your goal: make every vGrubs client happier, more confident, and more successful .

Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with clients to understand their needs and feedback
• Identify recurring pain points and propose actionable solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (support, menu, tech) to resolve client issues quickly
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure proactive relationship management
• Track improvements, report insights, and recommend process changes
• Maintain excellent communication records and follow up with empathy and precision

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience in client-facing or customer success roles (preferably B2B SaaS or tech support)
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think analytically about client feedback
• Organized, responsive, and confident in managing multiple clients
• Experience in hospitality, food tech, or CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM PKT (U.S. business hours)

Entry level (0-2 years): ~ PKR 38,000 – 55,000 / month

Mid-career (2-5 years): ~ PKR 60,000 – 110,000 / month

Experienced (5-10 years): ~ PKR 115,000 – 130,000+ / month
