Call Center Agent

We are doing Crosssales to all providers At&t Spectrum Earthlink etc.

People having experience in Call Center for Cross Sale are encourage to apply.

handling both incoming and outgoing customer calls to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues

Experience and students who are good in english can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time,

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000 per month

• Handle customer inquiries: Answer incoming calls to provide information, support, and solutions to customer questions and problems.
• Resolve complaints: Listen to customer concerns and complaints, de-escalate tense situations, and work to find satisfactory resolutions.
• Process transactions: Take orders, process payments, and handle other account-related requests.
• Provide product and service information: Educate customers about products, features, and terms, and help them with purchases.
• Troubleshoot issues: Help customers resolve problems with products or services.
• Document interactions: Accurately record all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
