Alroqi Group, through its consultancy arm FAB Engineering, is a fast-growing multidisciplinary firm in Dubai, specializing in project management, architecture, engineering, and BIM services. We work closely with contractors, financing banks, and government entities to support UAE nationals in realizing their dream homes.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Client-Facing Architect (Villas) with strong client engagement skills and proven villa design experience. This role blends design expertise with advisory responsibilities: you will meet prospective villa owners—primarily UAE nationals—understand their requirements, balance aspirations with budgets, and translate them into creative, tailored design solutions.

• Working closely with our Marketing Manager (an architect with over 18 years of client advisory experience), you will:
• Meet and guide clients through the design journey, ensuring their vision is aligned with practical and financial realities.
• Review client needs and compare them with budget limitations, finding the right balance between aspiration and feasibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams of modelers, 3D visualizers, architects, and engineers to develop conceptual villa designs.
• Utilize software such as CAD, Revit, or SketchUp to prepare and refine design concepts.
• Present design options confidently and clearly, enabling clients to make informed decisions.
• Customize existing villa templates or create new, distinctive designs tailored to client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in villa design for private clients in the UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory). English or other languages are an advantage.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Ability to combine creativity with practical and budget-conscious solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
