We are looking for an experienced Client Invoicing Specialist (Service Based) to oversee financial operations, optimize cost structures, and provide strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a marketing agency, software house, or similar service-based industry.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Invoicing Specialist (Service Based) to manage and optimize our financial processes while providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of a service-based business and can balance operational execution with financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate direct, indirect, and operational costs, ensuring profitability optimization
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, maintaining accuracy and timely processing
• Oversee client invoicing and billing cycles, ensuring precision and consistency
• Handle payroll management and maintain accurate salary records
• Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, expenses, margins) to support strategic decisions
• Monitor resource utilization using time-tracking tools for project-based efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to improve financial performance and cost efficiency
• Coordinate with external accountants/agency firms for financial statements, tax filings, and compliance
• Maintain organized financial records and support ongoing process improvements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably in a marketing agency, software house, or service-based company
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and cost management
• Hands-on experience with invoicing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
