Accounts Officer-Female

Job Description:
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing
  • Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
  • Experience with accounting software will be an advantage
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
