Client Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Manager (IT & Digital Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development & digital marketing industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing client relationships. The Client Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing project delivery, and driving business growth through effective client management.

Key Responsibilities:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

o Understand clients' business needs, objectives, and challenges.

o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and addressing concerns promptly.

Project Oversight:

• Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, digital marketing teams) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development of client-focused strategies and initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status, client feedback, and performance metrics.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and improve future project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client management, preferably in the software or web development industry.
• Strong understanding of Web development/ digital marketing processes, web technologies, and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of current trends in web development and digital marketing fields.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a tech company or digital agency.
