Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 12 months contract + possible extension

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to support regulatory, KYC, and onboarding activities. In this role, you will manage multiple requests, review financial and legal documentation, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help enhance processes to meet evolving regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize multiple deliverables with timely execution.
• Review and interpret KYC and constitutional documents.
• Track project milestones and identify gaps or process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to streamline workflows.
• Lead meetings and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, KYC, onboarding, or financial services operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
