Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly communicative and customer‑focused professional to manage new customers during their initial journey with one of our TMS projects and provide ongoing support. This role combines onboarding, early‑stage account management, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding: Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new customers; guide ELD installation, driver app, portal, and AI dashcam setup.

Account Management: Act as primary contact and build strong customer relationships.

Customer Support: Handle email, chat, and phone queries; troubleshoot ELD, app, and compliance issues.

Training & Guidance: Conduct demos and training sessions for customers.

Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or compliance issues.

Upsell & Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion and feature adoption.
Required Skills

1-2 years of experience in onboarding new customers
