Customer Support Specialist: Activations - Spanish Speaking

Focus: New account creation, onboarding, and internal coordination.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, Spanish-speaking Activations Specialist to be the engine behind our growth. You will work directly with Team Lead in United States to take new clients from "signed contract" to "fully operational." This is a fast-paced role that requires sharp coordination and a welcoming professional tone.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Account Setup: Execute the technical and administrative creation of new accounts in our systems.
  • Collaboration with Team Lead: Act as the right hand to the leadership/sales lead (Gabriel) to ensure seamless handoffs from sales to operations.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new Spanish-speaking customers through their initial setup phase, ensuring a "white-glove" first impression.
  • Data Entry: Ensure all new client data is entered accurately to prevent future billing or service errors.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Coordination Skills: Ability to multitask and manage a pipeline of new accounts under deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to keep both Gabriel and the new clients informed at every step.
