COMMOVA is a creative systems company based in Dubai. We build strategic brand infrastructure for founders, companies, and brands across the MENA region. Our work blends strategy, content, and cultural intelligence to deliver brand storytelling, scale, and commercial impact.


We are expanding rapidly and we are now looking for a highly organized and accountable Client Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to how we manage clients and execute deliverables.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Operations Manager who is the control tower of COMMOVA’s day-to-day operations. You will oversee client communication, manage project workflows, and ensure every deliverable is executed on time and at the highest standard. This position combines operations, account management, and creative coordination. The goal is simple: keep every project running smoothly, on time, and at the standard COMMOVA is known for. You will report directly to the Founder and Creative Director and play a key role in shaping how COMMOVA operates as we grow.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage client communication, feedback, and approvals for multiple accounts
  • Plan and maintain weekly content calendars
  • Coordinate designers, editors, and creators to meet deadlines
  • Prepare Friday status reports and Monday weekly plans
  • Ensure all deliverables go live on schedule and meet quality standards
  • Help refine COMMOVA’s internal systems and SOPs


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or creative agency
  • Highly organized, structured, and dependable
  • Strong communicator with excellent written English and Arabic
  • Proficient with project management tools such as ClickUp or Notion
  • Understands social media workflows, content calendars, and creative production
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
  • Obsessed with getting things done right and on time
