Client Outreach Associate

Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Outreach Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good English reading and writing skills and be confident in communicating with clients over calls and emails. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client outreach, and maintaining communication records. Training will be provided if you are a fresher, so long as you are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and schedule appointments.
• Handle email outreach to clients and prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for client scheduling.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.

Requirements:

• English proficiency (reading and writing) is a must.
• Experience in calling or email outreach will be a plus, but freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Timings: Night Shift (08:00 pm - 05:00 am)
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
