Service Solutions Associate (Part Time)

Looking for the position of Fresh & Experienced International Caller in a similar field giving the services of outbound calls for our US clients

Requirment

• Handle outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office (or equivalent).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to handle difficult customers calmly.

Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives

Job Type: Full-time & Part -Time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
