Meet Our Team:

Pega’s Client & Partner Success Enablement & Effectiveness team is a growing, client-focused group chartered to drive Pega’s partner co-sales, pre-sales, and delivery performance to support Pega’s growth objectives. You will be working closely with key stakeholders within Pega to further our Partner effectiveness and enablement programs. This is a unique opportunity to inspire Pega’s ecosystem growth, one of the key strategic priorities at Pega.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

As a Partner Enablement and Effectiveness Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive and implement key business improvements to maximize our Partner enablement.

Your role will include developing a deep understanding of Partner Effectiveness and working with cross-functional teams to drive the Partner ecosystem transformational initiatives.

This role is reporting into a dynamic team that consists of consulting and delivery enablement, partner ecosystem effectiveness, and presales effectiveness team members.

What You'll Do at Pega:

You’ll build and scale enablement programs that elevate our partner ecosystem’s ability to market, sell, and deliver Pega solutions with excellence. You’ll collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure partners have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to create client value and fuel mutual growth. Your programs will play a key role in expanding Pega’s reach—helping partners drive demand, deliver transformative outcomes, and contribute to our long-term success.

Who You Are:

You are a highly energetic and driven professional with a proven track record of successfully formulating winning Partner and Channel enablement strategies and driving sales effectiveness and enablement programs.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in business or sales
  • 7+ years of total professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Strong organizational leadership experience
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and build constructive relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent written, oral communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to extract insights from data and use it to make informed recommendations that guide strategy
  • Experienced in project management skills and driving change initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to lead via influence and develop strong working relationships with Sales and Partner leadership and individual contributors

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 94,900 - 141,800 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
