About the Role

We are seeking motivated and confident Client Relation Officers to join our growing team serving a US-based company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the US.
• Introduce company services and build rapport with potential clients.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional attitude.
