Client Relations Executive

Position – Customer Relations Executive in Store with Luxury goods

Location - Riyadh


Client Experience

  • Welcome clients with a warm greeting and create a positive first impression.
  • Deliver a memorable experience for all clients celebrating in the boutique.
  • Ensure VIP guests are comfortably seated and provided with hospitality (refreshments, coffee, tea, water).
  • Assess client needs and direct them to the appropriate sales team member.
  • Manage client reception flow according to boutique capacity, ensuring every walk-in is attended by a consultant.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills while interacting with waiting clients.
  • Introduce clients to boutique processes (aftersales, allocation, walk-ins).
  • Coordinate and manage client appointment system with the boutique team.
  • Plan and execute in-store celebrations meticulously, ensuring all details are prepared in advance.
  • Oversee celebration-related orders (cakes, flowers, desserts, drinks) and maintain timely follow-up with vendors.
  • Capture all client interactions (walk-ins, allocations, aftersales) in SIMS for management visibility.

Team Management

  • Ensure hospitality team presence around the VIP lounge for swift service.
  • Act as a role model by maintaining top-class appearance, hygiene, and conduct.
  • Manage hospitality team roster and scheduling.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and share feedback.

Boutique Operations

  • Maintain knowledge of all boutique facilities.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of hospitality supplies (water, coffee capsules, milk, refreshments, glassware).
  • Provide detailed daily reports to the Boutique Manager on events and activities.
  • Proactively inform the Boutique Manager about potential client complaints or frequent inquiries.


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or retail
  • Possess excellent verbal, and public speaking skills
  • Perfect time management skills to ensure services to clients are not delayed
  • Possess vibrant attitude and polite personality
  • Possess top-notch skill in customer service
  • Ability to work flawlessly and effortless under stress and pressure
  • English language is mandatory
