Guest Relations & Back-up Sales

Cloud Spaces, open the opportunity for a highly motivated Guest Relations & Back-up Sales professional to join our team in Riyadh. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a premium coworking environment while developing a career in client relations, sales support, and operational management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering an exceptional experience aligned with Cloud Spaces’ premium standards.
  • Support the Center Manager in driving sales, membership renewals, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct client onboarding, check-ins, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Manage leads, assist with upselling opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Provide reception coverage as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support billing, collections, and administrative functions with accuracy and professionalism.


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Deliver consistently high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve sales conversion targets and obtain certification as a back-up seller.
  • Contribute to operational excellence and maintain a professional and collaborative workplace environment.


Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Experience or strong interest in client relations, customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional presentation skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and basic billing processes is preferred.
