About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, Arabic-speaking Business Development & Bids Coordinator to support our growth across public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia.
The role involves proposal writing, tender/bid coordination, sales support, appointment scheduling, and partner communications, particularly in ERP, AI, and digital transformation solutions.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident in business correspondence, enjoys coordination and follow-ups, and has exposure to enterprise or government-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities Proposals & Tenders
- Assist in preparing, editing, and submitting proposals and bids
- Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
- Maintain proposal documents, templates, and submission trackers
Sales & Business Development Support
- Conduct tele-sales and outbound business outreach
- Contact public and private sector entities for appointments and sales pitches
- Support the preparation of presentations and sales materials
- Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities (CRM or internal trackers)
Meetings & Coordination
- Schedule meetings, demos, and client appointments
- Coordinate calendars for management and technical teams
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoMs), and action items
Communication & Follow-Ups
- Handle professional emails and calls in Arabic and English
- Follow up with clients, prospects, and JV/technology partners
- Support communication with government entities and strategic partners
Technology Exposure
- Support documentation related to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, etc.)
- Assist with proposals involving AI, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and digital transformation
- Coordinate demos, case studies, and solution information
Required Qualifications Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Proposal writing/bid coordination
- Business development or sales support
- Enterprise or government-facing roles
- Experience in IT, ERP, AI, or technology companies is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Saudi public sector processes is a plus
Skills & Competencies Must Have
- Fluent Arabic (written & spoken)
- Strong English business communication
- Excellent writing, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Basic understanding of AI / digital transformation
- Experience with tender portals (e.g., Etimad)
- CRM tools, MS Office, Google Workspace
