Responsibilities:

• Participate in training programs to learn about our company's operations and management practices.
• Assist departments with daily operations, providing support as needed.
• Shadow managers and team leaders to gain insights into effective team management and decision-making.
• Contribute to special projects that aim to improve processes and customer experiences.
• Provide reports and feedback on your experiences and learnings to help refine our training programs.
• Network with colleagues across departments to build relationships and gain a deeper understanding of the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the management field.
