Client Relations Executive

Location: Chandni Chowkh, Rawalpindi

Salary: Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 120,000 per month + Lucrative Commissions

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our dynamic team in the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently. You will be responsible for converting leads into clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with leads to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Close sales deals by negotiating terms and finalizing agreements.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Handle objections and offer creative solutions to clients’ concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales closing role, preferably within the BPO or call center sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent command of English and/or other languages (if required).
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of Rs. 80,000 - Rs. 150,000 per month, based on experience.
