Client Relations & Logistics Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Relations & Logistics Executive to manage brokerage activities, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth shipment processes while maintaining strong communication with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics and freight operations.
• Coordinate with carriers, transporters, and vendors for timely delivery
• Handle freight brokerage activities, including rate negotiation and booking shipments
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents (BL, invoices, delivery orders, etc.)
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle client queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and reports of shipments and transactions

Requirements:

• 6 Months to 4 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or brokerage
• Strong communication and client dealing skills
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Shift: 7PM to 3AM (Monday to Friday)
Compensation: Good Salary + Commission
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal block 10-A, Karachi.
