Client Relations Representative

Main Purpose:

The Client Relations Representative will act as the primary liaison between Polaris Parks and its valued tenants, investors, and prospective clients. The role is pivotal in ensuring tenant satisfaction, streamlining operational communication, and enhancing long-term partnerships across our industrial and commercial portfolio.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and service needs, delivering a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Understand each client's business objectives and tailor support to ensure operational satisfaction within Polaris Parks facilities.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues (e.g., utilities, lease terms, permits, facility maintenance) in coordination with internal departments including Operations, Legal, and Facility Management.
  • Track and document all client interactions, complaints, resolutions, and service requests through CRM and client service logs
  • Manage and update client records including contracts, communications, and payment schedules
  • Conduct periodic satisfaction check-ins, pulse surveys, and site visits to ensure proactive relationship management and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, coordinating across departments to ensure a seamless handover and occupancy process.
  • Support business development initiatives through client referrals, market insights, and relationship intelligence
  • Ensure timely collection of financial obligations from clients, including rents, service fees, and other contractual dues, by coordinating with the Finance Department and maintaining accurate payment records.
  • Monitor client adherence to lease terms, contract milestones, and payment schedules, proactively following up on upcoming deadlines and escalating non-compliance in alignment with internal protocols.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in client servicing, customer relations, or account management, preferably in real estate or B2B service sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • High responsiveness and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Problem-solving mindset with client-centric thinking
  • Excellent documentation and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Living in or near the 6th of October city is a MUST.
