Client Relations Specialist

We’re looking for a Client Relations Specialist who will play a key role in shaping client experiences and ensuring strong, long-lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact point for clients, providing seamless communication and top-notch support.
• Build and nurture trust-based, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs deeply and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and feedback with speed, empathy, and professionalism.
• Align client expectations with project deliverables, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every stage.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and follow-ups throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively assist in resolving concerns to maintain exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute ideas and actions that enhance the client experience and strengthen our brand reputation.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• From 2-4 years of experience in Sales and client relations.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in design, real estate, or luxury industries).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease

Working Days: Sunday – Thursday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
