Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Relationship Officer to join our Business Loans division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan process while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Experience Required: 0.6 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new customers for business loans through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Identify and understand the financial requirements of SMEs, traders, manufacturers, and small business owners.
• Present and explain business loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms to clients.
• Assist clients in collecting and submitting necessary documents such as KYC, financial statements, business proof, and others.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and follow up until disbursement.
• Conduct preliminary financial assessments to evaluate customer eligibility.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch growth.
• Ensure a professional and customer-centric approach while handling client queries.
• Adhere to organizational policies, compliance norms, and RBI guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Basic understanding of financial documents such as bank statements, ITR, GST, P&L, etc.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and field activities.

Pay: ₹9,756.46 - ₹30,135.99 per month
