Royal Smart Limousine is Dubai’s leading provider of premium chauffeur and corporate transportation services, trusted by government entities, top-tier corporates, luxury hotels, and international clients. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to strengthen our corporate partnerships and ensure superior service delivery across all accounts.

Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager will play a strategic role in nurturing and expanding Royal Smart Limousine’s corporate client base. This position requires a strong communicator, skilled negotiator, and detail-oriented professional capable of managing complex contracts, maintaining long-term business relationships, and driving corporate growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of UAE B2B sales, contract management, and customer retention strategies, and will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations & Corporate Sales

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within government, hospitality, events, and enterprise sectors.
  • Develop customized proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements in line with company policies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and proactive issue resolution.

Contract & Account Management

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle — from tender submissions and contract drafting to renewal and amendment.
  • Liaise with the Legal and Finance teams for document review and compliance verification.
  • Track contract performance, renewal timelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain an updated database of all client accounts, contracts, and renewal schedules.

Market & Performance Analysis

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging corporate opportunities.
  • Monitor key account performance using CRM and ERP dashboards.
  • Prepare monthly business reviews and revenue forecasts for senior management.
