Client Relationship Manager

Role overview:

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can handle both sales and customer service confidently.

This role is hybrid:

• You’ll work from home for follow-ups, communication, and CRM work
• You’ll also conduct field visits when needed (client meetings, onboarding, partnerships)

You will be responsible for converting leads, managing existing customers, and maintaining strong relationships, while meeting clear monthly targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact and qualify new leads
• Convert interested prospects into active subscribers
• Manage ongoing customer relationships and follow-ups
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Educate customers about our products and subscription plans
• Conduct in-person meetings when required
• Track customer interactions using CRM and internal tools
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and retention targets
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams when needed

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Monthly sales target achievement
• Lead-to-customer conversion rate
• Customer retention rate
• Response time to customer inquiries
• Customer satisfaction & feedback quality
• Follow-up consistency and CRM accuracy

Meeting or exceeding monthly targets comes with performance-based bonuses.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent computer skills (CRM systems, spreadsheets, messaging tools)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with sales targets and performance tracking
• Reliable transportation (required for field visits)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice to Have (Big Plus!):

• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management
• Background in pet-related industries (vets, pet shops, pet food, etc.)
• Genuine pet lover (this matters more than it sounds)
