Client Relationship Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a professional and organized Client Relationship Manager to join our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless service experience and maintaining long-term professional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow professional relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the internal operations team to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Provide detailed information and advisory support regarding our global residency and mobility programs.
  • Resolve client inquiries with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-ups systematically.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year in Client Relations, Corporate Sales, or Consultancy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Candidates with experience in high-end consultancy or professional services will be preferred.
