Client Relationship Officer

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Client Relationship Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve client issues.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate departments for further handling.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the resolution provided.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring client issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support initiatives to enhance the overall client experience and strengthen client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or complaints handling, preferably in the real estate industry;
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office applications;
• Fluent in English and Arabic;
• Must be available in UAE.
