Client Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Networking & Sourcing: Actively build contacts with officials, builders, engineers, material dealers, and real estate brokers to get sales referrals and identify construction projects.
• Marketing & Promotion: Promote the company and its loan schemes through events, distribution of materials, and engaging with professional associations.
• Sales & Strategy: Achieve sales targets, analyze business trends to create new strategies, and manage all operational and administrative tasks.
• Initial Processing: Screen customer applications using the 'Tab Application' and coordinate with the Cluster Manager for the final appraisal, formal approval, and collection of processing fees.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
