Client Relationship Officer

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
  • Ensure prompt, professional, and courteous responses to customer queries across various communication channels (in-person, phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Handle customer onboarding, property handovers, and documentation with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage conflict resolution and client grievances efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Accounts) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct client follow-ups, feedback surveys, and proactive relationship-building initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, market trends, and company policies.
  • Participate in open houses, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the brand and engage with potential clients.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.

Key Requirements:

  • Gender: Male (due to specific client requirements)
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in client/customer relations within the Dubai real estate market.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
  • Appearance: Highly presentable, well-groomed, with a professional demeanor.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM systems (Salesforce, Property Finder CRM, or similar) is a plus.
