Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

Manzoor Ahmad Law Associates is looking for a dynamic and professional Client Relationship Officer to join our team at the Kohinoor City office.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a multitasking individual who can handle sales, marketing, and public dealing. The ideal candidate will act as the primary bridge between the firm and clients seeking Study Abroad, Skilled Migration, Work Permits, and Visit Visa services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Counseling: Provide detailed information to clients regarding Study Abroad, Skilled Migration, Work Permits, and Visit Visas.
• Sales & Lead Conversion: Effectively manage inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments/cases.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and process updates.
• Marketing & Public Dealing: Promote firm services and handle walk-in clients with professional etiquette.

Job Details:

• Location: Kohinoor City, Faisalabad (On-site)
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Job Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Prior experience in consultancy or sales is highly preferred.
• Professional personality with a growth-orientated mindset.
