Client Service Associate / Administrative Assistant – Wealth Management

We are a financial advisory practice with looking for a dependable and organized Client Service / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and client service.

This is a hands-on role that keeps the office organized and assists Financial Advisors & their clients. You will be responsible for managing calls, handling client requests, keeping records organized, and making sure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

You will also play a key role in improving how we operate—helping to organize workflows, keep processes consistent, and support a smooth client onboarding experience.

This position requires someone who can manage multiple responsibilities, stay organized, follow through, and work without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities Include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Answer and manage incoming calls using Ring Central
  • Greet clients and provide a polished, welcoming experience
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Maintain organized client records and files
  • Support financial paperwork and account processing
  • Coordinate office tasks, supplies, and general operations
  • Assist advisors with administrative needs as they arise
  • Create & implement organized workflows
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office including Excel Worksheets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
