Join Cartier as a Client Service Associate and play a key role in delivering a seamless after-sales experience. As an ambassador of the Maison, you will support clients throughout their service journey, ensuring every interaction reflects Cartier’s standards of excellence.
As a UAE National, this role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global luxury environment, working closely with experienced teams and engaging with a diverse clientele.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to clients

Act as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries

Guide clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care

Monitor service files and ensure timely follow-up and communication

Support the boutique and watchmaker in delivering a smooth service experience

Contribute to client satisfaction and after-sales performance
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Minimum 3 years’ experience in client service (luxury is a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Interest in jewellery, watches, and after-sales service

Comfortable using systems and tools (MS Office, CRM)

Fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
PART-TIME CONTRACT
Part-time permanent role with a structured compensation package, including commission and bonus.
