Job Title: Client Service Manager (Packaging Division)
Location: Phase 8, Lahore (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in the packaging industry (preferred) and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely and accurate execution of packaging projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, design, and operations) to meet client expectations.
• Manage client queries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor order progress, delivery schedules, and service quality.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business growth.
• Prepare client reports, service updates, and performance reviews.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success.
• Experience in the packaging industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to work night shift (7 PM – 4 AM) onsite in Phase 8, Lahore.
