About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience through professional communication, problem-solving, and support. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people and are eager to build their customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with product or service information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or currently enrolled).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and handle client concerns with professionalism.
