Client Services Assistant

Job Description


Support senior client advisors in handling daily communication with clients and responding to their requests.
Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and contribute ideas that may help increase revenue.
Help organize and monitor advertising campaigns to ensure activities are running effectively.
Track client performance and prepare clear reports that summarize results and progress.
Understand client requirements and make sure their requests are handled quickly and accurately.
Work closely with internal teams such as product, support and integration to deliver reliable customer service.
Contribute to improving internal processes and support the team in achieving shared goals.
Maintain organized records of client activities and campaign updates for internal use.

Job Requirements

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Positive and proactive team player with a responsible work approach.
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and multitasking skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn, adapt and collaborate within a fast paced working environment.
